Easy day, I ran with Zach and Ashton. Also I had all the JV runners that came do a core workout with us, we did push up's, sit up's, planks, Russian twists, flutter kicks, and stuff. They started not being able to do them for most of the minute intervals after a while so I suggested they go run another lap or two after that. They'd done 25-30 minutes but we were only a mile into our run. After that I did the best buy loop with Zach and Ashton. |
