I've been feeling crap for a long time, but I'm ready to destroy the mile at taylorsville, no more pansy 68 second first laps, I'm going to go out in 65 hold on for laps 2 and 3 and then run the last lap in 65 or better. I need to get in the good heat at the Davis Invite so I need to improve my PR. I'm feeling real energy and fire, I'm going to finally do it. |
