Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Coach wasn't here today, Hefner told us to do 70 minutes. So interesting pre meet day of 8.25 miles. But its better for my training long term i suppose, I bet it will only affect me a couple seconds for the race tomorrow, there's a lot I want to put out on the track. I'm the only one going...again.
