Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
9 miles in the gully. It was a pretty good run. I guess I'm not racing tomorrow, maybe I will do a time trial on my own sometime over the weekend.

How is your tooth feeling?
I suggest you do the SLC 10K. It will help get you mentally racing strong.
