2 mile warm up to the track 5x1000m at 5k pace with 600m recovery between reps. I was shooting for 3:30 but I ended up going 3:22, 3:19, 3:29, 3:22, 3:25. So an average of 3:23 and on pace for just under 17 minutes. A good amount faster than I was planning on, not going to complain about that. Hopefully this summer I'll be able to run a 5k under 17 minutes! |
