10.5 today, I ran with Davis at about 7:25 pace or so. It was a good run and i felt good about the pace, its kind of funny to think 10.5 is really easy to do now but if you told me to do 10 miles 3 years ago I would have freaked out haha. Being in shape is fun. I'm down to do the 1600m, the 800m, and the 3200m on Saturday and possibly the 4x400m if we enter one. It will be a full day, i have a lot planned for the meet.

Don't think you will run all three! I just wanted to have options at the meet.

Good training!

Thanks haha, I think if I run the 1600m and the 800m I will score the most points, and I might even have enough left in the tank to score a couple of points in the 3200m if we are in a position close to the top 3 teams and need it!
