Sleep: 6:00 am to 11:30 am I jogged 2 miles on the ISU treadmill. I was short on time so I decided to increase my pace relative to what I normally do. Most of my 2 miles was at a pace between a setting of 6.2 to 7.2. My last lap was between 7.0-7.2. I felt okay, but it was obvious I have not run at that pace in many months (>1 year?). Also, at one point I felt some sharp, but brief (only for 1-2 steps) pain in my right knee (just below my kneecap, like I have experienced before for the past few years on occasion). |
