Hard to believe how many years I've been running this race. Wouldn't have won my M medal without being joined at 4:41 so many years ago. Then got my second G medal 8 years ago. May we keep on running the good race!

This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.
This morning a friend's husband of 56 years was laid to rest. The sun is shining in a clear blue sky.
Heading out for a "run" to the library.
