Are days off from mileage bad because I don't go or do I not go because it is a bad day?

Very good question. Sounds like something to ponder on a run ;)

Kaitlyn recognized your picture and I asked her what she wanted me to type to you. She said "I Love you, and big kiss, and a big hug. And thank you for going to the house. And no. bye-bye."

Good suggestion. I didn't ponder but Saturday I did get 1/2 mile in 6 minutes which is a record for me.

Tell Kaitlyn "I Love you, and big kiss, and a big hug." for me. You too.
