Lemont was totally fogged in this morning. Too spooky to go out into it.  Did a quick mile in Burr Ridge before going in to work.  Waiting for response.  Maybe I'll get more in this afternoon.

I managed another 1.21 at lunchtime.  Worked late and had to carry drinks to the garden club meeting at the library in the evening or I could have added a library run in the evening as well. 

I know excuses, excuses.  But, today (Fri.) is still young.

I did pick a good time to start, didn't I? Thanks for pointing that out.

The fact that my lunchtime runs are with 0 altitude change throughout the course, and the fact that I'm not going for speed helps.
