6:05AM, 68F, 90% humidity. It was good to hit the trail early. The humidity is very high in those early hours but at least it's not hot. I ran two loops around the Duke gold course. Very uneventful.
Nice run...90% humidity? Ugh! Sounds like a beautiful place to run though.
