Miles:This week: 0.00 Month: 0.00 Year: 0.00
Total Distance
4.75

9:05AM start. 55F sunny and light wind. I started late this morning. I did what became my usuael run between the two Duke Campuses and the loop on the East campus. It felt good. It was moderate effort and the weather was nice after two days of rain. The pace was 7:42.

36:34

The plan for this week is as follows:

Monday - 4.75

Tuesday - 4.75

Wednesday - 4.75 (or maybe 6 if I feel good that morning and slept well)

Thursday - 4.75

Friday - I'm driving up to DC

Saturday - 7-8 miles in the beautiful DC

Sunday - I'm driving back to North Carolina.

I will not have a chance to have a longer run this weekend because of my travel. But at least I plan to move from 4 days run a week to 5.
