Enjoyed a day to sleep in. It was actually really nice to see the Sun again on a run. The mornings lately have been great, perfect running weather.

Legs felt a little heavy to start my run from yesterdays workout. But seemed to loosen up and the fatigue went away by the end of my run.

Warm morning. Very nice. Hit a flat loop through North Ogden and Harrisville 

avg pace 7:10 min/miles.

Signed up for the Halloween Half today, never ran it. Figured I could use it as a solid workout before I head to Japan in a couple of weeks to run the Marathon. Plus it looked like a Fun race!!!

Took Jaerdan and Korver to the park to have a picnic. While they were playing I was lucky to sneak in a run around the track at the park.
