2100 meters in the pool today @Weber State. Followed up by 30 minutes of core exercises. Then added 1 mile to test out the knee. The last 4 days e knee has felt really good. I am taking this week very easy and going to try some mileage next week.

2550 meters in the pool @ weber state. Love the cross training but I am ready to ramp up the mileage again. Going to test the knee tomorrow, hoping for the best!

Finished up with 1 mile on the indoor track of light running along with 10 minutes of core work.

2 miles at 7:30 pace. Knee was hurting a little bit for the first 5 minutes. But seemed to losen up towards the end of my run. It's a start and still praying for the best.
