So I was going to take the day off but my body was itching to run. Got out and did 25 minutes, glad that I did. I was able to shake out some tightness and as soon as I got home I hit the foam roller to roll the hips, quads, and calves out.

@scott- Thanks for the encouragement. I agree it should be an interesting race. Fritz is running lights out!! Should be fun chasing him down, hopefully I can do it before the race is over;) Good luck in your half tomorrow!!
