Got out late this morning for my run. Felt terrible was supposed to meet up with Riley, Ken, Jon and Bret early this morning but gotten woken up by a text from Riley. Slept straight through my alarm!

Today was cold with a nasty wind from the West. But great run for today.

Avg pace 6:51 min/miles

Followed up by 10 minutes on the foam roller.

I'm sure the extra sleep was nice! Just so you know though it wasn't as cold or as windy early this morning...just saying.

Dude I feel terrible! Seriously with this new baby my sleep has gone to the crapper! So sorry man. I had every intention of being there I even had my running stuff laid out.

Haha no worries man. We may do an early morning Christmas run (like way early morning) next Tuesday if you're interested.
