8 mile tempo @ 5:18 pace. First 6 were at 5:19 avg then dropped to 5:15 for the last 2 miles.

Workout was done on the TM @ 1% incline. Wished I couldve gotten outside but it was raining and blowing pretty good. Pretty happy with how today especially with how crappy I have been feeling the last couple of days. Excited and should be ready to roll another half next weekend.

Thanks Derek! I cannot wait until I can do these consistently outside. I hate winter with a passion!

That's a good hurt brotha. Nice double today. Change your title to "running with Greg Kinnear" or "Rake" just has a good ring to it :) madeithappen
