Met up with Jon Heslop this morning @ North Ogden Nature Center. Looped into North Ogden then made our way back to the Center on Washington Blvd. Cut the run short due to Jon needing to get back to school.

Pace was relaxed, nice recovery run.

Keep up the good work. You have been running very well lately. You need to bring the family down for a vacation. We could go for a sweet run in Zion if you came down. Hope the family is doing well.

Hey Logan so my wife and I were thinking on coming down to St. George the 2nd or 3rd week in March for 3 days. What does your schedule look like that far out. It would a thursday, friday, saturday and we would go home early sunday.

Ben,

If you and the wife came on March 15, 16, and 17th that would be perfect. We have spring break that week. It is a perfect time to be running down here. We could plan some fun stuff. Keep me posted.

I think that is my spring Break for College. I will double check and if it is count on us coming down. That would be a blast!!
