Did 3x2 with two intervals uphill and one down. There was some snow on the road - not enough to make a workout impossible, but enough to be a nuisance. My splits were 11:07 (5:28, 5:39 up), 9:58 (5:01, 4:57 down), and 10:46 (5:21, 5:25 up). By the third interval some of the snow had melted, which really helped. |
