Tempo run with the running club. I went a little further than last week and increased my pace just a little. I had the stomach flu on Tuesday and Wed, so I did feel a little tired from that during this run. My splits for the tempo miles were: 7:20, 7:29, 7:21, 7:29, 7:39(with the hill). I feel like that is a good start for this season. I'm running a 1/2 marathon in 3 weeks and I don't feel very trained for it. Oh well, It'll be fun no matter what my time is.
