Wow, I can't believe it has been a week since I last ran. We've been fighting the flu in our family and although I didn't get it like the rest of them, I have been super tired, achy and run-down this week. I'm finally feeling a little more energy. I just need to get to bed earlier so that I can get up early. My days are so busy, that I can't really run after 7 am. My goal for the next few weeks will be to run at least 4 days a week
