Married, mother of 7 kids- including a baby boy - 2 months old.
I love to bake and eat almost as much as I love running.

3.1 miles on the trail, then 45 min hot Pilates
Snow canyon ave pace 8:39
2.5 miles easy, then 45 min Barre class at BeHot
Chevron loop- nice and easy
Long run loop around turtle road. Ave pace 8:57
6 mi tempo- 7:34 pace
