 I used to run cross country for Idaho State but that was ten years ago, so I am going to restart my personal bests as they come.

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to get back into running again after a 10 year absence.  So for now I would like to get back into competing in road races and have fun again.

Married, 2 boys and 2 girls. I enjoy the outdoors and golfing when the weather is nice.

I went to the doctors yesterday because my leg was still hurting.  It turned out that I have a torn ligament and have to wear a boot for 3 weeks and then he will reevaluate it.  I hope that I can still run the wasatch back.  I rode the bike today for 40 min.
