Just a check in entry. Everything is going well. I've averaged over 70 for the last 13 weeks which for me is huge to start a year off this way. Last year at this time I was going into Boston with 150 running miles coming off injury and the year before I was coming off of a stress fracture. This year I'm healthy, happy, running well and clear full of gratitude. I've got a decent base laid down and I've had some good workouts. I'll be consistent through Provo City and race that to see where I'm at and then ramp the mileage up after. Right now I'm on a two day easy one day stress rotation and it's working. Hills, tempo, and intervals rotating through the weekly sessions; and some fast during the end of the long runs on the weekends. The rotation shuffles the long run around a little but that's a good thing. Adaptation :).

Fun, patience, consistency, and discipline are a great combo. Running with the Utah County Crew is a great blessing as well.
