Well, i managed to zero the last day of the year :). Work got crazy, and i still could have got out later but I'll save it for tomorrow. I have been hitting some weights tonight though. Lifting jalapeno poppers, deviled eggs, and some chips, a few sets of each. I figure it's earned. I may even add in some ice cream repeats before calling it a night.

I had a great year. Pr'd every distance and learned a ton. I'm really looking forward to 2013. Not just for myself, but for all of the great people I've got to meet and train with as well. Happy new year all!

Ha... Love the weight-lifting! I definitely did some of that kind myself!

You truly had a fantastic year and have much to be proud of. Its been great getting to know you. I'm sure you're going to rock it in 2013. I have a feeling I'll be seeing more of your backside in races than you'll be seeing of mine:) Keep up the great work!

Justin it's been fun for sure. I've enjoyed the times we have got to run together and hope to do so more often this year. You are all class and an inspiration to me.
