Nice workout! That is a great pace for 18 miles! Hope to see you out on the roads! If you ever want to join me for a speed workout I run mine on Tuesday and Thursday. This Thursday I have 2 4 mile tempos at 1/2 MP (6:15-6:20) with a 1 mile recovery jog in between. Keep up the good work!
