Got this workout from coach Kary, and it was harder than I thought it would be. 2 mile warmup, 4x1 mile with 1/2 mile recoveries, 2 mile cooldown. The miles were ran at MP for the first 1000 meters then dropped down to 5:15 pace for the last 600. I figured I better get a workout in since my buddies are crazy people and were at the track at 4:30am this morning while I was at my desk. Thanks for the inspiration guys!

Nothing like a little friendly peer pressure to do a workout! I really hope you weren't at work at 430am though.

Nice workout...I like how you did the last 600 at a faster pace.

Thanks Andrea. It was nice to get a workout in after a bit of downtime. Unfortunately my workday starts at 4am, otherwise i would have been vomiting at the track ;).

Animal is right, that's one heck of a workout.
