Easy warmup on the elliptical for 15 minutes. 4 miles @ 7:15. Everything feels really good. I really think that the wind during the marathon wore me out in a different way than running; and because my overall pace was right there with my average training pace that I didn't get "beat up" and/or damaged. I am looking forward to using this training cycle as a building block to some shorter upcoming races and a big fall with a couple halfs and St. George. |
