Easy 4 mile recovery on the elliptical. level 8 hills @ 5:55 pace for 25 minutes. Ran and easy 4.5 on the freemotion at Golds. Ran 3x :30 strides at HMP on the 4th mile and the last 1/2 mile at MP. Starting to feel really good, taper is a strange thing. Last time it made me crazy (and it still might this time haha), but this time I am really enjoying feeling my body recover and get ready.
