In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Personal:

Easy 10 with Matt and Scott around Lehi. We saw 3 really nice bucks right off the trail. It's like they were teasing me because they know I have a bow tag. I though about throwing my running shoe at them since it was the only weapon I had. It was cool. Great way to start the day.
