In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

am- Ran the gold course loop solo. Was on the road by 5:30. It was a really nice cloudy morning. I stopped at the park to water up and watch the clouds turn pink for what would have been the sunrise before cruising back. Came back about 3 minutes faster than the way up. 6:57 avg.
