Great week Brandon. I'm a big fan of your idea to focus on some 5k / 10ks at some point... Changing the stimulus is good sometimes. Maybe after Boston would be the time?

I think that's a great time Jake. There is a good window there between Boston and the St George training that would be perfect. I may try and hit a couple races early this coming year too though just to see what i can do. Your week makes mine look like a warmup :), very nice work!

Sweet. Very sweet indeed. Get the V.I.P. tent ready for the FRB crew, coz they is coming to mash-up Boston and my spar's gonna do some damage.

Well, you know what I mean. Nice run Brandon.

Awesome workout today Brandon. You are running so well and it is just so great to see. Keep it rolling all the way to Boston. :)
