10 miles of work from the soccer park in Orem. I thought i was solo this morning but Jacob showed up about 5:05 so we set out up the canyon in 6-7 inches of fresh snow. It was tough but fun. We went to the water fountain before we decided it was a little too deep and turned back. We did a few loops around the park and then Jacob called it a day at 6.5 miles. I ran an out and back in the deep snow on the Murdock trail to make it 10. The 8:15 pace suggests it was an easy run but the effort felt closer to 6:30 pace. Glad i got out in it today. It was a great strength training session. Rocky IV style haha.

Major kudos to you for roughing it outside this morning. Such a mess out there but I must say that I prefer running in it over driving in it. :)

You're one tough animal Brandon! Nice job.

Nice job. Tough to run in the snow. There were 4-6" on murdock trail in lehi yesterday. My 8:30's felt like 7's.
