AM 10 Miles at Wheeler Farm. 10 X 1min fartlek in the middle and a stride relay. PM 8.50 Miles at Sugar House Park with Wasatch Athletics. Ran two Laps on the grass around the park with Amanda, circled back to the group and started Fartlek workout with them. They were on their 6th of 15 1 Min/ 1 Min so I ran their last 9 with them and added one more to give me ten of them. Finished with a cool down to make it 8.5 total. |
