AM track work out, 8 miles, mile warm up, mile speed changes, 1 lap relaxed, 12X200 @ 32-34 jog into each, 11 laps cool down.

I just had steak and eggs, I'm starting my depletion stage now. No carb's.

Bill - you have plenty of speed. I could probably do 12x200 in 31, but it would hurt really bad. You are a lot closer to me on the 200s that in a 5 K race. Some food for thought.

I like the pun food for thought Sasha, After just one day I already miss carbs. Speed is not my problem for short stuff like 200's, You don't need to supply much oxygen to run short. I am a little tight tonight in the hip flexers. I have always hated the fact that I can't run faster 5K's. When you look at perdictors they always say I should be quicker based on marathon times. I looked at your perdictor to see what SLC might be this Saturday. I know you pride yourself on being close and if conditions are right I should be there or about a minute faster.

To Roast Beef, sorry it was a cousin, Bison, less fat and more tasty. Salmon tonight...
