Hi. When you post comments, are you "Bill" or "BILL"?

Bill I was interested to read your comments on your daughter's running. I really liked your comment about mental block. I have an 800/1600 guy right now who should be near the top in the state, instead he is struggling to be in the middle in region. The reason - mental block. Some days he will break out of it and start to show great progress, other days he really struggles - almost a bipolar of running. I think the power of the mind is SO important in running (as you well know as a marathoner) and can really help us with a break through or hold us back.

Keep Bre positive, she is going to accomplish great things as she keeps developing.
