Had a pretty good run today considering the long work day I had and that I feel like I'm getting sick.  Just a recovery run so I kept the same pace pretty much the whole time.  My problem is I hate running at night.  My stomach always does funky things after a long run.  Any suggestions?  It's just too hard to run in the morning when I work at 4 a.m.!  All in all, not too bad.

Hope you can avoid getting sick! It is awefully nice seeing your smiling face at 4am in the morning though!

As for the late running for long runs, just watch what you eat before the run and make sure you eat at least 1-2 hours beforehand.
