Finaly over with my cut back week. Now i can get back to training again. :)

I'm with you on the cut back week. I think they are just as important as easy days. Do you run any faster work on the recovery weeks?

I read an article in Runners world that said that i should cut back 30% and not to do any speed work. Do you do any speed work?
