Nice, easy relaxing run. I'm thinking and planning for my marathon in San Francisco 2012 and my goal is to break the 4 hour barrier. I've typically run the Jeff Galloway method but I'm toying with trying to do this without walk breaks. I tried to do the SFM this past summer without walk breaks and I died. It was also the first time I had run 2 marathons within 3 months of each other, so don't know if that was a factor. Decisions, decisions, decision...try something new? Or, go with walk breaks. Fastest marathon with walk breaks was 4:05.36 (SFM 2010). Today's splits: 11:12, 10:29, 10:44, 10:15, 10:26, 10:53, 10:24, 9:51, 11:20, 9:41 No walk breaks. Tropical weather: humidity 80% temp 83
