I'm married to a wonderful Dutch husband and have 2 girls.  I live and work in West Africa and am home in the states every summer and run the San Francisco Marathon.

wooo...had an amazing meal at a chinese place this afternoon and running afterwards was on the painful side so I went really slow, BUT I did put 4 more miles in!

Ran in the afternoon.  Went easy as I feel like my body is trying to get sick!

Did 14 1 mile repeats today.  Still don't feel 100% so started out easy and mid way felt fairly OK then as it warmed up I got rather tired....but...I finished the workout!  I leave for Boston a week from Tuesday.  Can't believe it.  I'm really excited for this once in a lifetime chance.
