| Felt pretty good this morning in that my legs weren't sore or stiff from the weekend run. I really did feel good this past weekend on my run and I've been doing some thinking. Bottom line is I really don't know what my body is capable of doing. When I ran my a/p of 9:30 this past weekend I felt really good and I didn't give 100%. I still had a lot left. I was tired but not spent. The question is was it 70%? 80%? 90%? I would like to lean toward the 70%, but I just don't know. I know I should try to do a 5K, but it's just not available to do here in this environment. We shall see. Here's today's splits: 11:48, 11:39, 10:50, 11:39 ... I'm such a bum when I don't have someone to run with! I'm a social runner!

| Must be the Harmatan's that tire me out so much. I haven't been running with a mask but maybe I need to! I'll try it tomorrow maybe. Slow run. Played tennis in the pm and twisted my ankle a little bit. We'll see how it feels with my slated 7 miles for tomorrow. |

| Well, my ankle was sore today, but not THAT sore. So I did my slated 7 miles for the day. I went easy and enjoyed listening to a talk show on my IPOD. Good to keep up with what's going on in the world! Here are my splits: 12:07, 11:32, 11:23, 11:37, 11:42, 12:29, 11:02

| very tiring run for me today. Did have a partner except for the last 3 miles. It was hot and humid and generally just miserable! Was so, so wiped afterwards as well. The temp was between 85 and 90 and the humidity was probably around 70%. 12:10, 11:10, 10:52, 11:15, 11:25, 10:52, 11:18, 10:53, 10:43, 10:01, 9:29, 9:34, 10:06 So can you tell when I had someone to run with?
