Took it nice and easy this morning.  Calves were a bit stiff and soar.  After warming up a bit did some stretching and that helped.  May try to run a bit this evening too.  We shall see.

Had a good workout today.  Legs/calves were still a bit tight from Saturday's long run, but after warming up things loosened up.  Did 12 1/4 mile repeats with .08 of a mile walk in between each 1/4 mile.  Here are the 1/4 pace splits:  7:33, 7:29, 7:47, 8:01, 7:52, 7:32, 7:30, 7:34, 7:33, 7:35, 7:15, 7:16
