Finally started doing some hill workouts.  Found a nice hill of .15 miles and I'm trying to figure out the incline with my Garmin.  A new area for me.  It was a great work out.  Did 10 hill climbs with jogging down the incline between each climb.

A few hours later I thought I'd put in some w/d miles. 3.46

This morning my legs are still feeling a bit tree trunkish.  I guess I really put all out on those hills!  It felt good at the time but my recovery time has been slow.  Maybe this afternoon my legs will feel better.  This morning's splits:  11:59, 11:17, 11:27, 11:09, 12:00

did another 5.31 in the afternoon.

Did a different sort of workout today.  warmed up for 1 mile then did 16 reps of 30 sec run hard and 30 sec jog.
