Not a good night for sleeping.  Quite hot, sweaty, and uncomfortable.  BUT, still did manage to get up and run.  Ran 3 miles w/u (sno...before my partner arrived :-) splits:  11:06, 10:53, 10:35.  Then did our bridge - university hill route (though I've decided to rename it the eternal hill) and our AP was 9:43.  It was a good run.

Looks like a very good workout. That's hard to do on less sleep, but I always found that the worst effects are later in the day, not during run time. SF is going to feel so cool to you!

I would love to run with your monkey!! What a cutie!

Good workout Barb, how many more weeks before the marathon? I want to say 3? (sorry, I am too lazy to look it up).

Bonnie...boy, been following your workouts and I'll be in that heat on July 15th. Not looking forward to that. Plan on getting my runs in very early in the mornings. SF Marathon is the 25th of July so I still have just over 6 weeks to go. About 10 more days here in Bamako, 7 days in Conakry, Guinea (actual home away from AZ), 14 days in Holland, then on to AZ.
