Did a different sort of workout today. warmed up for 1 mile then did 16 reps of 30 sec run hard and 30 sec jog. hard - 6:52 pace, oops another hard 7:36 pace, 11:27, 8:43, 10:56, 7:39, 9:49, 7:28, 10:24, 7:02, 10:19, 7:04, 10:01, 7:18, 11:35, 7:32, 9:59, 7:28, 9:40, 10:37, 7:24, 10:51, 7:20, 10:52, 12:05, 7:09, 11:29, 7:32, 10:02, 7:58, 13:12, 7:32, w/d pm run: 4.74 miles easy
