VO2MAX = 44.9 ml/kg/min, 4.63 L/min Max HR = 186 I have been basing my training off 185, so the calculator did pretty well, need to reassess min HR as I think it has fallen quite a bit. I have been using 60, but probably need to lower that. That number is better than I though it would be. I will have a complete probably rather lengthy report tonight and will have lots of interpretion questions. Also I have a picture w/snorkel to upload. |
