Beat previous best on this route by 3:19. Last time I ran I had to walk the last half mile and was in pain much of the rest of the route. Most of my runs have been 1.92 miles and after a days rest I ran this longer run at a quicker pace than my best 1.92 mile run. My shin still hurts quite a bit and I felt a twinge of the pain in my calf. Tomorrow is another rest day, so hopefully on monday I will be in pretty good shape. I watched my daughter play volleyball today, played catch with her, and watched Goonies. Goonies never say die!
