Ran the same route 2 weeks ago in 38:46 and 13:25 pace for an improvement of 2:23 on the route.  At .69 miles saw a DOR yearling Gopher Snake.  Had a lightening show to watch during my run.  Felt a little light-headed early in the run.  Legs feeling pretty good.

Earlier today went to the Sea Life Aquarium at Arizona Mills Mall.  That was a lot of fun.  Both my kids enjoyed it.

2.89 miles? I thought you only ran 1.91. haha! Nice job. That was quite the lightning show. And what was up with the hail storm at 2 in the afternoon?

Never saw any of the hail, too bad. I remember a huge hail storm back in Jr. high where there was a couple inches and we had hail ball fights. Even the teachers got involved.

2.89 is my weekend long run, lol. I missed it last week because I had a cold.
