Time: 8:15 PM.  Right ham and calve a bit tight during run.  Stretched a lot today, both during the day,  before the run and after.

Nice weather.  Tried to do some yoga from a video, but I can only handle so much talk about breathing.  Need to find a manly yoga video, although I'm not sure one exists.

Even the P90X Yoga isn't very manly. Lot's of breathing, not messing with your qi, yin and yang, oms. But it is seriously an intense workout.

I don't want another religion, I am not trying to achieve inner peace. I just want to be able to touch my toes. If I can find one I can stand to sit through once, maybe I can just turn off the volume for future iterations.
