This race was a lot of fun.  I think I was the only guy over 40 in it.  We combined it with a family mini vacation to the waterpark so we just had to leave for each stage.  I didn't feel I could miss this one since I have been doing nothing useful with training.  At least I'd get some tempo running in.  No idea what finish times were.  I think about an 18 min 5k stage, 39 10k and about 25 on the 4.4.

The 2nd and 3rd place Masters runners were both in their 70s! They won prize money! It was pretty funny at the awards after you left.
